Room rates: Flat rate or tiers? What is the rate after the cut-off date or upon filling the block?

Housing Procedures: How will housing be handled; rooming list, cards, telephones, fax or email? What is the cut-off date? Can your group guarantee rooms after that date? Will there be a deposit? Is it refundable? How often will there be reviews of the block? What is the overbooking policy?
